Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable Assemblers and Soldering Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Burleson, TX. This role is responsible for assembling components, subassemblies, and finished products while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. Candidates with experience in electronic assembly, soldering, manufacturing, or mechanical assembly are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
  • Perform soldering of electronic components, wires, and assemblies as required.
  • Read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
  • Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify defects and communicate issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Meet daily production goals and timelines.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.

Required Experience:
