Job Summary
  • Assist in the smooth operation of the back of house functions
  • Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness in the Cut & Pack area
  • Prepare other menu items such as spicy wings, salads, and desserts
  • Comply with portion sizes, quality standards, and company policies
  • Ensure food is cut and prepared according to standards
  • Read guest checks and accurately prepare orders
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Help out in other areas of the restaurant when needed

Requirements
