Quality Inn & Suites is looking for friendly and motivated Hotel Front Desk Clerks to join our team in Plattsburgh, NY! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the face of our hotel, creating memorable first impressions and delivering outstanding guest experiences every day.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and friendly check-in and check-out process
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using hotel management software
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate billing records
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Provide local area information, recommendations, and concierge-style assistance to guests
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
Requirements:
