Job description


Join our Quality Department as a Quality Improvement Nurse and play a key role in advancing patient safety, clinical excellence, and the overall patient experience. This position is ideal for a registered nurse with a passion for quality improvement, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative leadership. Working closely with the Director of Quality and interdisciplinary teams, you'll lead improvement initiatives, analyze clinical outcomes, coordinate projects, educate staff, and help drive meaningful changes that enhance the quality and safety of care across the organization. If you're a detail-oriented nurse who thrives on improving healthcare processes and making a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: Ten (10) years of healthcare experience as a nurse required, with at least five (5) years of experience in quality and safety improvement work in an acute care setting. Experience with Microsoft Office suite required, with particular emphasis on Word and Excel skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally requited, to interact positively with clients and consumers in the midst of challenging circumstances, to represent hospital in a professional manner, effectively and efficiently manage time/calendars/schedules, and facilitate multi-specialty teams toward actionable goals. Data extraction and analytics experience is preferred.
EDUCATION: Current Montana License as a Registered Nurse required. Associates Degree required; BS Degree or equivalent preferred
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY: Current Montana License as a Registered Nurse required. Project Management Professional Certification preferred and will be encouraged to obtain after hire.
