Job Family Summary:

The Quality - Customer Service Logistics/Warehouse/Customization/DC job family focuses on ensuring the highest standards of quality are met in all aspects of our logistics, warehouse, customization, and distribution center operations. This involves a variety of tasks, including monitoring operations, conducting quality checks, and implementing quality improvement measures.

Job Description:

Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of quality systems, procedures, standards for a warehouse/distribution site operation, including, as appropriate, resolution of quality/compliance issues, assurance of change management and support of current business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality System Development: Design and implement comprehensive quality management systems tailored to warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor quality performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to assess compliance, identify trends, and drive improvements.
  • Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with on-site QA/QC personnel to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and assistance in implementing quality standards and best practices, ensuring that team members are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to uphold quality objectives.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve quality and compliance issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Change Management: Ensure effective change management practices are in place, assessing the impact of changes on quality systems and processes.
  • Current Business Support: Provide quality assurance support in reviewing of documentation and enabling disposition of product.
