The impact youโ€™ll make

As a Quality Engineer at Lam, you'll make an impact in ensuring manufacturing processes and products meet quality standards by designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance within the quality management systems (QMS). You design methods for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the accuracy of production processes and finished products. By analyzing production data and reports, you identify trends and work across functions to resolve technical, quality and production challenges. Your expertise will help develop excellence in product design and manufacturing supporting Lam's commitment to delivering high-quality and reliable products.

  • Investigate and support resolution of manufacturing quality issues.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor quality metrics and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Support Quality Management System (QMS) processes and ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in process, product, and line audits.
