Job Description: The Assistant Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance procedures, conducting inspections and tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
    • Conduct regular inspections and testing of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
    • Review and analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Monitor and ensure compliances for in-process setting and requirement.
    • Ensure outgoing product meets the specification requirements
    • ISO ownership. To ensure all documentation in-place.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement process improvements aimed at enhancing product quality and efficiency.
    • Use quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
