What are Quality Enclosures?

Quality Enclosures are specialized products designed to provide safe, durable, and aesthetically pleasing enclosures for spaces such as showers, patios, or industrial areas. They are typically crafted from high-quality materials like glass, aluminum, or stainless steel to ensure longevity and meet safety standards. These enclosures are used in both residential and commercial settings to enhance functionality and appearance while protecting the space from water, dust, or other external factors. Companies specializing in quality enclosures often offer custom solutions to fit specific measurements and design preferences. Properly installed quality enclosures can increase property value and improve the overall user experience.

  • Full benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Paid birthday day off
  • 401(k) with company match

We are looking for teammates who want to build skills, contribute to the team, and grow with the company over time.
What You Will Do
  • Perform manufacturing, fabrication, preparation, and assembly tasks related to products and components.
  • Read and follow work orders, measurements, labels, production instructions, and product specifications.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, machinery, and other production equipment safely and as trained.
  • Prepare materials, parts, hardware, and work areas for current and upcoming production orders.
  • Inspect materials and complete work to ensure accuracy, quality, and proper preparation.
  • Identify and report damaged materials, incorrect parts, unclear instructions, equipment concerns, or quality issues.
  • Package, label, stage, or prepare completed products and components for the next step in the process or shipment.
  • Assist with monitoring materials and notify leadership of shortages, discrepancies, or production needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and production-ready work area throughout the shift.
  • Stay actively productive by preparing work, cleaning, organizing, inspecting, or supporting teammates when assigned work is temporarily unavailable.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Perform other production-related duties as needed to support customer orders and facility operations.

What Success Looks Like
Successful teammates in this role:
  • Report to work consistently and on time.
  • Work at a steady production pace while maintaining accuracy.
  • Read a tape measure and verify measurements before cutting or preparing materials.
  • Follow work orders and production specifications carefully.
  • Notice problems and communicate them before incorrect work moves to the next step.
  • Look to remain productive and seek opportunities to jump in and help wherever needed.
  • Ask questions when instructions are unclear.
  • Accept feedback and apply it to future work.
  • Adapt as production priorities change.
  • Support teammates and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.
  • Take pride in producing complete, accurate, and customer-ready products.

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to read a tape measure and work with basic measurements and fractions.
  • Ability to read and follow work orders, labels, written instructions, and production specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to verify work before it moves forward.
  • Ability to stay focused and productive with limited direct supervision.
  • Ability to work safely around machinery, moving parts, tools, glass-related materials, and sharp components.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift.

  • Willingness to learn multiple processes involved in preparing and assembling shower-enclosure orders.

Preferred Experience
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, warehouse work, or using hand and power tools is preferred but not required.
Candidates without direct experience may still be a strong fit if they demonstrate reliability, practical problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, willingness to learn, ability to follow instructions, and initiative to stay productive without constant direction.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Indoor manufacturing environment that is not temperature controlled and may become hot or cold depending on seasonal conditions and nearby production equipment.
  • Frequent work around machinery, moving parts, power tools, glass-related materials, and sharp components.
  • Personal Protective Equipment is required in designated work areas.
  • The role requires standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movement throughout most of the shift.
