Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator
Quality Enclosures is seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing recruiting and HR operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating recruiting activities, sourcing candidates, managing applicant tracking through ADP Workforce Now ATS, and supporting onboarding and HR administrative functions.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, bilingual in English and Spanish, and passionate about creating a positive candidate experience while supporting hiring managers across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
Recruiting & Candidate Management
  • Manage job postings and recruiting activities through ADP Workforce Now ATS
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain timely communication and follow-up with applicants throughout the hiring process
  • Support recruiting efforts for manufacturing, administrative, operational, and professional positions
HR & Administrative Support
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records, candidate activity, and hiring documentation
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment activities
  • Provide backup support for HR administrative functions and the HR Generalist as needed
  • Support employee recordkeeping, employment verifications, and general HR administrative tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and applicant information
Social Media & Recruiting Support
  • Support recruiting and employer branding efforts through social media and online recruiting platforms
  • Assist with recruiting campaigns, job fairs, and hiring events
  • Utilize AI tools and recruiting technologies to improve sourcing and recruiting efficiency
Performance & Collaboration
  • Meet established recruiting activity and hiring support metrics
  • Work closely with hiring managers to support staffing needs and hiring timelines
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and candidate experience
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and HR experience may be considered
  • 2-5 years of recruiting or human resources experience required
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/ATS systems preferred
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
