For more than 40 years we have specialized in developing, manufacturing and packaging over-the-counter health care products for customers across the U.S. and abroad. Summary

We are currently looking for a Quality Control Technician on 1st shift.

Responsibilities

  • Collect Product Samples (Bulk and Finished)
  • Perform basic lab tests
  • Approve line start-ups (ensure proper set up, sign in componentry)
  • Perform routine line checks (every two hours)
  • Perform product counts at the end of lot production
  • Assist in product inspections when line check issues occur
  • Release product (mainly bulk product for filling)
  • Maintain lab cleanliness and organization
  • Maintain lab notebooks and logbooks
  • Assist with final product release when requested
  • Assist with maintaining lab equipment documentation and checks, as requested
  • Additional duties as requested by manager as trained
  • Auditing of lab notebook and batch records
  • Maintain Reserve Inspection and logs
  • Maintain Retention skids and logs
  • Daily verification/calibrations of scales, scanners, and meters
  • Additional per manager's discretion

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Computer proficient (Excel, Word, Adobe)
  • Quality Assurance experience a plus
