ProSync is seeking a passionate Quality Control Specialist II to play a critical role in supporting the Warfighter by ensuring high-quality technical solutions across various programs in Electronic Warfare, Strategic Missions, and Expeditionary Warfare. The Quality Control Specialist will provide quality management support for infrastructure, microelectronics, and other specialized programs, fostering continuous improvement and compliance with established standards.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES
    Provide quality management support aligning with ISO 9001:2015 standards, including documentation, audits, and maintaining quality records.
  • Standardize, document, and maintain functional processes, procedures, and SOPs for quality functions, such as document control, customer satisfaction tracking, and metrics management.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize operations.
  • Oversee, train, and provide guidance to personnel regarding technical and quality procedures.
  • Maintain and enforce the organization's Quality Plan and ensure operational compliance.
  • Perform audits, quality assessments, and ensure department-wide adherence to quality standards.
  • Prepare, review, and manage documentation required for program compliance, certification, and operational procedures.
  • Support multiple programs simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engineers to maintain quality and reliability in mission-critical systems.

Requirements
  • A Minimum of 3 year of professional experience in quality assurance or control, preferable experience in military or defense industry programs.
  • Foundational knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards or the ability to acquire certification within the initial period of employment.
  • Competency in inventory management systems, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other software tools.
  • A minimum Top Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • A High school Diploma, related military experience, trade/industrial school graduate or GED equivalent.
