Quality Lead / First Shift
Pay: $21.20/hour
Shift: First Shift (6:30am - 3:00pm)
Location: Greenwood, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Quality Lead for our warehouse and logistics client in Greenwood, IN to start on 06/01/2026. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections of incoming materials, storage areas, and outgoing shipments
  • Ensure warehouse operations adhere to GMP standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Investigate shipping errors, damaged products, and inventory discrepancies, documenting findings
  • Support internal and external warehouse audits with organized, audit-ready documentation
  • Track quality metrics, KPIs, and input inspection data into Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in warehouse quality control, inventory management, or auditing preferred
  • Familiarity with WMS systems, inventory tracking, and warehouse reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies effectively
  • Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, and warehouse safety and quality procedures preferred
