Quality Lead / First Shift
Pay: $21.20/hour
Shift: First Shift (6:30am - 3:00pm)
Location: On-site - 800 Commerce Parkway West Dr Suite C, Greenwood, IN 46143
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Quality Lead for our warehouse/logistics client to start June 1, 2026. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
  • Conduct inspections of incoming materials, warehouse storage areas, and outgoing shipments
  • Ensure warehouse operations meet GMP standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Investigate shipping errors, damaged products, and inventory discrepancies; document findings
  • Support audits by maintaining organized, audit-ready documentation
  • Track warehouse quality metrics/KPIs and enter inspection/inventory data into WMS

Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse quality, inventory control, auditing, or lead experience preferred
  • Experience with WMS systems, inventory tracking, and warehouse reporting preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies effectively
  • Familiarity with GMPs, SOPs, warehouse safety, and quality procedures preferred
