Key Responsibilities May Include:

Pallet Inspection & Quality Control

  • Lifts pallets for inspection to ensure compliance with quality, regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
  • Inspect pallets for defects, damages, and inconsistencies in materials or assembly.
  • Utilize tools and equipment to correct minor issues and verify dimensions, weight, and other quality parameters of pallets.
  • Identify and document any deviations from quality standards.
  • Communicates inspections results and quality issues with production teams and supervisors.
  • Adheres to PCP standards and guidelines.
  • Partners with Quality Lead to ensure plant compliance of quality practices and continuous and improvement initiatives.
  • Provide support during audits and inspections.
  • Lift and carry 77 lbs at least 33% of their work shift.
  • Push items with a maximum force of 31 lbs./feet.
  • Pull items with a maximum force of 31 lbs./feet.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment daily.
  • Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately.

Position Purpose

The Quality Control Auditor will be responsible for thoroughly inspecting pallets to ensure they meet quality standards and compliance regulations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our products are of the highest quality before they are provided to our customers. QC Auditor has a keen eye for detail, critical thinking skills, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
