Job description

Quality Control Inspector Job Summary:

Under the direction of the warehouse manager, performs a variety of shipping/receiving, stocking activities; store and distribute supplies and equipment; maintain inventory and stock records; and perform related work as required. Employer will train employee on all warehouse duties. All other duties as assigned.

Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities:

  • Daily use and care of measuring equipment consisting of calipers, micrometers, tap measure, height gage and NPT threaded gages Daily inspection on inbound and outbound material Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products Implement and improve quality control operating procedures Participate in routine visual inspections Maintain a clean and safe work environment Ability to enter data into report

Quality Control Inspector Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months experience Experience with fittings flanges pipe preferred Forklift experience Must be able to do simple math Ability to interpret technical product specs Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer proficiency Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (SharePoint a plus)

Work Shifts Available:
