Job Title: QC Inspector

Location: 14737 Firetower Road Conroe, Texas 77306

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: 2nd Shift, may require some flexibility and have the ability to work an occasional Saturday.

Position Overview

The QC Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards before reaching our customers. This role involves inspecting products at various stages of production, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with company specifications and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
  • Use measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product dimensions and specifications
  • Conduct visual inspections to identify defects such as cracks, deformations, or surface imperfections
  • Document and report inspection results, including any non-conformities, in accordance with company procedures
  • Work closely with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare quality reports
  • Ensure compliance with ISO or other quality standards applicable to the industry

Qualifications
