Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Day to Day:
The purpose of Quality Control Associate is to update and coordinate the planning, implementation, and supervision of the quality control plan. This includes working with employees as well as outside agencies or consultants involved in inspections and testing. This is a Commercial Data Center site.
Qualifications
Experience with L1-L5 Commissioning + Punchlists + NETA Reports
OSHA-10 certification
1 years of data center construction experience highly preferred; Required to have recent QA/QC experience
Motivated self-starter familiar with the QC process including developing a site-specific QC Program and establishing the 4 phases of control
Experience with documentation in a software-Bluebeam/Procore/CX Alloy or something similar
Ability to communicate effectively with the Project Team and our clients.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

โ€ข QA/QC experience in construction, preferably with data center projects.
โ€ข Familiar with the Three-Phase QC Process (Preparatory, Initial, Follow-up).
โ€ข Experience performing site quality inspections.
โ€ข Strong communication and documentation skills.
โ€ข Experience using Procore for inspections and tracking.
โ€ข Ability to identify and track construction quality issues.
โ€ข Experience documenting issues with conduit, busway, terminations, and control wiring.
