Job description

Join our team as a Janitorial Quality Control (QC) Coordinator and play a key role in creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces every day. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about leading others to excellence, we'd love to have you help shape the high standards our clients count on.

  • Conduct daily walk-throughs and inspections across government facilities to ensure all janitorial work meets contract requirements and company quality standards.
  • Use checklists, digital reporting tools, and quality metrics to document inspection results, track trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Train, mentor, and support janitorial staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, equipment use, and company policies.
  • Coordinate and follow up on corrective actions to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and consistently.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance quality control processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate regularly with site supervisors and clients to maintain transparency, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor supply levels and work with the operations team to maintain proper inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety guidelines while promoting a culture of cleanliness and accountability.
  • Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and performance evaluations as needed.
  • Participate in audits and contribute to ongoing quality and process-improvement efforts.

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of commercial janitorial services, facility maintenance, or quality control.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA safety practices, including proper chemical handling, appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and basic infection-control procedures.
  • Strong understanding of janitorial quality control practices, including conducting detailed inspections, documenting findings, identifying deficiencies, and driving effective corrective actions within janitorial, facilities management, or related service environments.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Valid Real ID.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance.
