Job Summary:


The Quality Control [contract worker] will be responsible for keeping key content accurate, organized, and up to date while collaborating closely with a project manager. The selected candidate will play a hands-on role in auditing and enhancing both the content database and interactive materials, ensuring high quality and consistency.


This will be a six-month contract position.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in auditing and updating the content database.
  • Assist in auditing and updating the interactive materials library.
  • Work closely with their reporting project manager.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent typing skills.

Recommended Skills & Abilities:

  • Familiar with copy editing skills.
  • Familiar with data entry skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.

Education & Experience:

  • Associates degree, preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
