Job Description We are seeking a QA / Release Manager IV to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in release and environment management, QA coordination, CI tooling, and cross-functional deployment planning and a proven ability to plan and execute end-to-end release cycles while maintaining environment stability and compliance. Responsibilities: Drive the strategy and execution of the Release and Environment Management function. Plan, coordinate, and oversee deployments of code and hardware changes across environments. Create comprehensive release plans from QA through post-production activities. Partner with Agile squads, program teams, QA, Production Support, Development, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to align release scope and timelines. Monitor releases and environments, manage issues, and ensure uptime and availability. Enforce Release Management standards, controls, and best practices for successful releases. Identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risk while operating within the Bank's risk appetite. Cultivate effective working relationships across IT to support the existing roadmap and future environment needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Hands-on experience controlling test environments and configuration management. Proven collaboration with QA, Production Support, and Development teams. Experience operating within both Agile and Waterfall delivery models. Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools and pipelines. Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience with large-scale transformation programs involving environments and release management. Background with enterprise risk and control frameworks for release governance.
