Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Assurance Technician to support quality control operations within our manufacturing facility. The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for inspecting products, monitoring production processes, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, and helping maintain consistent product quality.
Department: Quality Assurance / Manufacturing
Reports To: Quality Assurance Manager or Production Manager
Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met
  • Conduct routine quality checks and document inspection results accurately
  • Monitor manufacturing processes for compliance with company procedures and specifications
  • Identify defects, non-conforming materials, and production issues
  • Assist in investigating quality concerns and implementing corrective actions
  • Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation
  • Perform measurements, testing, and sample evaluations using inspection tools and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with production teams to improve product quality and efficiency
  • Support audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred
  • Previous quality assurance or manufacturing experience preferred
