Job description

BASIC FUNCTION:
  • Support Quality Functions in Any of the Production Areas, Including Defect Analysis
  • Perform Measurements and Part Checks
  • Record and Analyze Data Collection and Data Entry for Inspected Parts and Quantity of Defects
  • Perform PDCA Activity in Production Areas
  • Able to Lead Problem-Solving Activities, Including Whiteboard and Kaizen Activities
  • Assist with training team members on inspection instructions and defects.
  • Complete assigned audits thoroughly and on time.
  • Backup for group lead as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Basic Computer Skills Such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Basic Documentation Skills
  • Basic Measurement Skills
  • Coachable and Positive Attitude
  • Prompt and Regular Attendance
  • Able to Work OT on Short Notice

PHYSICAL REEQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, push, pull, and perform physical activities required to support manufacturing operations.
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to operate equipment, tools, computers, and other business systems.
