Job description

Quality Coordinator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Quality Coordinator for a company based in Decatur, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate quality assurance activities, maintain quality documentation and consist with improvement efforts to ensure quality products.

Pay Rate
$20.00 per hour.

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7 30 am to 4 00 pm.

Quality Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter, log, and maintain production and operational data into company databases and ERP systems.
  • Perform manual data entry with a high degree of precision and consistency.
  • Maintain prolonged focus while processing detailed information with minimal errors.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Compare, validate, and cross-reference data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Quality Coordinator Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience using SAP or other ERP software is preferred.
  • Willingness to do other tasks such as hanging signs, restocking supplies, assisting in the lab if needed. Other tasks that may not be doing data entry.
  • Comfortable wearing a hair net, steel toes, jeans and following all GMP’s.
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role within a manufacturing, packaging, production, or industrial environment preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail.
