Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage workload and schedules for the design team

  • Mentor, train, and support technical and design employees

  • Develop working knowledge of project management tools and resources in Ajera

  • Review project budgets and provide input as needed

  • Maintain communication with clients regarding project progress, changes, and challenges

  • Create project timelines and milestones while ensuring schedule adherence

  • Identify and mitigate project risks impacting timelines or quality

  • Assist with preparing monthly invoices for managed projects

  • Lead and coordinate project meetings with clients and regulatory agencies

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and project teams

  • Attend and participate in public meetings representing the company and clients

  • Develop relationships with client staff and decision-makers

  • Seek new projects and business opportunities
