What is a quality account manager?

A Quality Account Manager is a professional responsible for ensuring that products or services meet certain quality standards while managing relationships with clients or customers. They serve as the main point of contact between the company and its clients regarding quality assurance issues, resolving concerns, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
