Overview

Our client is seeking a compassionate, innovative, and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their state‑of‑the‑art behavioral clinic. This role focuses on supporting children with autism and their families through evidence‑based therapy, collaborative care, and ongoing parent training. The ideal candidate is committed to improving lives, passionate about ABA, and eager to contribute to a positive, growth‑oriented clinical environment.

QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Valid Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in the state of Michigan
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the need for behavioral interventions
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Oversee and support behavior technicians and clinical staff in program execution
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance management to ensure high‑quality service delivery
