🏗️ The Role: Legal Counsel

As a key member of our growing legal team, you will be at the center of our US expansion. You’ll partner directly with our GC, CEO, and CTO to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and accelerate our commercial engine.

What you’ll own:

  • Commercial Powerhouse: Draft, review, and negotiate high-stakes B2B SaaS contracts with some of the world’s largest law firms (e.g., DLA Piper) and tech enterprises.

  • AI & Product Guardrails: Provide business-oriented legal guidance to our AI researchers and engineers to help shape the product roadmap safely and innovatively.

  • Global Compliance: Navigate privacy (GDPR/CCPA), security reviews, and regulatory landscapes across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Scalable Infrastructure: Help build the policies and processes that allow a high-growth startup to scale from 400 teams to thousands.

  • Problem Solving: Develop creative solutions for novel legal issues arising from generative AI.
