The role

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you’ll primarily lead front-of-house operations, support and develop your team, and help deliver the warm, welcoming atmosphere our guests expect. This position reports to the General Manager.


What you’ll do

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency
  • Drive sales and uphold operational and service standards across the restaurant
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members
  • Uphold and model safe food-handling and operational practices
  • Support the hiring, training, and development of all team members
  • Step in where needed and take on additional responsibilities as part of a collaborative leadership team


How you’ll thrive

What you’ll need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in family or casual dining preferred
  • ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods
