Located in Chandler, Arizona, we specialize in outpatient mental health care, addressing specialized needs associated with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Our mission is to not only treat but empower our patients, helping them regain control over their lives through evidence-based therapies and strong therapeutic relationships.

Work Environment

This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing our team members to balance professionalism and personal well-being. Despite the virtual nature of the work, Quail Run Health System promotes collaboration and communication through regular virtual meetings and case consultations. Our outpatient office is equipped with the latest technology to ensure therapists have all the tools they need to deliver high-quality mental health care effectively.

  • Provide immediate crisis intervention support for patients facing trauma-related emergencies to stabilize and guide them through acute distress.
  • Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available resources through structured sessions.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines related to patient confidentiality.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities, team meetings, and case consultations to further enhance trauma-informed care practices.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research and emerging best practices in the field of trauma therapy to optimize treatment outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary clientele consists of individuals affected by trauma, specifically those battling PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping these patients navigate their recovery journey, enabling them to develop essential coping skills and regain their sense of self.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
  • 2 years of relevant post-licensure experience in a mental health counseling environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Robust understanding of trauma-related disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed treatment modalities.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions effectively.
  • Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient information efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic and non-judgmental approach toward patient interactions.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting the importance of this position within our organization. In addition to competitive salary offerings, we provide an extensive benefits package that includes:

  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits to support your well-being.
  • A retirement savings plan with employer-matching contributions.
