We are seeking a Quality Control Manager (QCM) to uphold our strict quality standards and ensure every project meets specifications, codes, and expectations. This role supports field teams, project teams, and leadership by driving quality assurance and oversight throughout all phases of construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for construction projects
- Oversee inspection activities to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Train and manage quality control staff and inspection teams
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of ongoing projects
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address quality issues
- Review and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet regulatory requirements and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in quality control within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and quality assurance practices
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in Quality Control or similar accreditation is a plus

$130000 - $145000 USD per year
