We are seeking a Quality Control Manager (QCM) to uphold our strict quality standards and ensure every project meets specifications, codes, and expectations. This role supports field teams, project teams, and leadership by driving quality assurance and oversight throughout all phases of construction.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for construction projects
  • Oversee inspection activities to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Train and manage quality control staff and inspection teams
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of ongoing projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address quality issues
  • Review and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet regulatory requirements and industry standards

Qualifications
