Job description

The Quality Control Lab Assistant supports laboratory operations, product quality assurance, and production processes. This hands-on position is responsible for maintaining sample organization, assisting with testing preparation, ensuring accurate documentation, and helping to uphold cleanliness and efficiency within the lab and production environment. The role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and interested in supporting quality assurance processes in a production environment.

-Oversee batch retain sample management

-Maintain the finished product retention sample program (includes operating a pallet jack)

-Conduct flavor retrieval and testing

-Prepare water ice and support syrup sensory setup

-Prepare weight sheets for upcoming production runs

-Maintain lab cleanliness and assist with general housekeeping duties and supplies

-Support production by verifying floor scales to ensure accuracy and compliance

-Cross-train on basic QC tasks to provide coverage as needed, including data entry, sample preparation for viscosity testing, bake tests, & outbound product quality checks

Requirements
