Job description

Job Summary:
Flexforce Staffing is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician (Night Shift)
9:00 PM – 5:30 AM | Full-Time
Some weekends & overtime requiredto perform laboratory testing and quality inspections to ensure products meet food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform microbiological, chemical, antibiotic, and product testing
  • Test finished products and raw materials
  • Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment
  • Monitor product weights and quality
  • Complete accurate paperwork and documentation
  • Follow GMP, SOP, SQF, food safety, and PPE requirements
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment
  • Communicate quality issues with other departments

Requirements:

  • Associate degree and/or related experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of microbiology/lab experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, wet environment
  • Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
