Description

The Quality Assurance and Risk Manager (Journeyman) is responsible for leading the quality assurance program for a multi-site Department of Defense network modernization and operations contract. This role develops and implements QA plans, monitors service level agreement compliance, oversees cybersecurity validation efforts, conducts quality reviews of technical deliverables, manages deficiency tracking and corrective actions, and supports acceptance testing and inspection activities across all areas of contract performance. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Leads the quality assurance program for a multi-site DoD network modernization and operations contract. Develops and implements QA plans and inspection procedures; monitors service level agreement (SLA) compliance and performance metrics; oversees STIG validation and cybersecurity compliance verification; conducts quality reviews of technical deliverables prior to government submission; manages deficiency tracking and corrective action processes; and supports formal acceptance testing and government inspection activities across all performance areas.

Educational and Certification Requirement:  

Bachelor's degree in science or B.A. 

Journeyman: 3 to 10 years' experience 

CISA, CISM, or CISSP; ISO 9001 awareness; DoD quality management experience
