The Role

The Program Manager will lead the local and global alignment of quality assurance processes, tools and programs so that sites are consistent with the implementation and execution of their Quality Management Systems.  Ensure standardized processes, programs and systems are in place to maintain consistency of quality across sites. This role will Interact with all levels of organization to drive the implementation. Once quality systems are aligned, this position will continue to support driving a Quality Roadmap that meets the ever increasing demands from global customers.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Lead and manage the entire process of a program development from conception to realization by coordinating with subject matter experts and process owners across multiple local [US] and global sites. Develop master project plan with appropriate level of detail through Microsoft Project or similar tool so that overall program implementation can be tracked and communicated.
  • Serve as a liaison to other FFEM (FUJIFILM Electronic Materials) sites to ensure that FFEM’s best interests are carried out.
  • Assist subject matter experts and process owners in developing programs and processes to ensure consistency is achieved.
  • Establish program controls and reporting. Provide regular program updates on status of alignment, including highlighting concerns with proposed solutions.
  • Report out and coordinate with Steering Committee on program elements to ensure regional / global alignment is achieved and changes are approved before implementation.
  • Assess and challenge status quo where consistency is not present, or processes are not in place to achieve desired outcome. Work with Quality Director to define and drive local [US] Quality Roadmap that is aligned with FFEM Quality Roadmap.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BS or higher in Engineering discipline required
  • 10+ years in Quality Assurance required
  • 5+ years of semiconductor/chemical manufacturing plant experience required
  • 5 years of previous program/project management experience in leading teams required
  • 25-50% travel will be required
