Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of quality assurance and testing initiatives across multiple strategic Data Governance software delivery projects. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of software quality practices with strong leadership and project delivery skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing QE teams aligning with development and product teams, ensuring quality gates are met and driving the delivery of high-quality software products on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
QE Leadership:
oExperienced QA Manager with Automation Experience. Adhere to Quality Engineering strategies and best practices
oManage QE Leads and teams across projects to ensure consistent, high quality software delivery
oChampion automation, continuous testing and shift-left testing methodologies
Project & Delivery Management
oCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Development, Dev-ops, etc.) to define test plans and delivery schedules.
oTrack QE deliverables, KPI's and defect metrics, report progress to Executives and leaders
oIdentify and mitigate delivery risks related to quality and testing timelines.
oEnsure the accuracy and completeness of testing documentation as part of Change Management processes, collaborating with QE and project teams to support successful implementation and compliance with the standards.
Team & Resource Management:
oHire, mentor and coach QE professionals to build high-performing, motivated teams
oAllocate resources effectively across concurrent projects
oFoster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation.
Process optimization
oDrive improvements in test automation frameworks using Playwright, CI/CD integration, and release process (Test Artifact reviews)
Understanding of QFaas and Karate Framework, Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG
oEnsure compliance with internal QA standards and external regulatory requirements where applicable.
Stakeholder Communication
oBe the primary point of contact for quality engineering within delivery teams
oProvide clear, concise communication to executives and stakeholders regarding testing outcomes, risks, and mitigation strategies.

  • Manages the development and implementation of plans for inspecting, testing, and evaluating software product functions and features.
  • Oversee and develop product QA and test plans for each phase of the development cycle.
  • Plans all resources and schedules for functional and performance QA work. Oversees the selection of the QA and testing tool-kit. Supports the overall QA strategy for the team.
  • Tracks, reports-on, and works towards improvement of quality assurance metrics, tools, and processes.
  • Oversees performance of individual team members and team as a whole. Identifies and addresses staff training and development needs.
