QA Heads, or Quality Assurance Heads, are senior professionals responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes within an organization. Their role is vital in maintaining the reputation and reliability of a company's offerings.

How does a QA Head balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in quality assurance processes?

As a QA Head, you'll be expected to set the strategic direction for quality initiatives while also staying engaged with day-to-day activities, such as reviewing critical test plans or addressing urgent quality issues.
