Registered Respiratory Therapist
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Pay Rate: $54/hr to $58/hr
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, every other weekend and holiday
Experience: Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapy experience required
About the Role
We are hiring a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week day shift contract in Cleveland, Ohio. This role requires an active Ohio RCP license, RRT credential, and BLS through the American Heart Association. Candidates must be experienced in delivering respiratory therapy services according to provider orders in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver respiratory therapy services as ordered.
  • Assess patient respiratory status and treatment needs.
  • Administer oxygen therapy and respiratory treatments.
  • Monitor patient response and report changes.
  • Use Epic, Pyxis, and network systems as required.
  • Follow infection control and safety standards.
  • Communicate with providers and care teams.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements
  • Active Ohio RCP license required.
  • RRT credential required; CRT will not be accepted.
  • BLS from the American Heart Association required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required.
  • Epic experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work day shifts.
  • Every other weekend and holiday coverage required.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and ambulate during the shift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be comfortable with exposure to body fluids, communicable diseases, and chemicals.
  • No on-call requirement.
