Job description

Support healthcare customers and internal sales teams through data analytics, menu program utilization, optimization initiatives, and operational consulting. Develops and maintains healthcare solutions, analytical tools, dashboards, reports, and automated processes that improve operational efficiency, support strategic decision-making, and drive measurable value for customers and internal sales team. Conducts product, pricing, purchasing, and formulary compliance analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize product utilization. Provides training, onboarding support, technical guidance, and continuous improvement of healthcare programs, systems, and business processes.

Essential Duties: 

  • Healthcare menu solutions support
  • Onboarding and training support
  • Product rationalization and optimization 
  • Pricing, contract, and GPO analysis 
  • Formulary compliance reporting 
  • Business intelligence and dashboard development 
  • Data analytics and trend analysis 
  • Process automation using SQL, Python, Excel, and reporting tools 
  • Continuous improvement initiatives 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Food and/or Nutrition Foodservice Management, Business Analytics, related field required 
  • Demonstrated knowledge in food distribution and/or Healthcare/clinical nutrition 
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist preferred
  • Solid quantitative and analytical skills and problem-solving expertise with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. 
  • Ability to calculate markups, discounts, percentages, financial impacts, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to effectively present detailed data/information and respond to questions (verbally and written).
  • The successful candidate will have solid quantitative and analytical skills and the ability to work in a    team setting, drive team results and support change management within the organization.   • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills required
  • Proficiency required in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, automation, and complex formulas.

Pay for the role is weighted on several factors and base salary is expected to start $70,000-$90,000 with annual bonus potential.
