Must Have:
Understanding of ArcGIS Enterprise (Must have)
Knowldge of Python/ArcPy (Good to have)
Working experience in GIS projects for utilities. (Must have)
Working Experience as test lead for GIS implementation projects (Must have)
Knowledge of Schneider ArcFM (good to have)
Excellent communication skill
