Responsibilities

You will be responsible for designing and developing the backend architecture that supports our conversational agents and LLM-based systems.You will work directly on:

  • Orchestration of intelligent agents

  • Integration with foundational models (Gemini, Azure OpenAI, etc.)

  • Scalable APIs and real-time streaming

  • Cloud-ready infrastructure and productionYour work will directly impact tools used by strategy, media, creative, and data teams.

AI Agent Development

  • Design and build agents using frameworks like Google ADK, LangChain, or similar.

  • Implement complex flows with tool calling (search, retrieval, external APIs, databases).

  • Optimize prompts and evaluate response quality.

Backend & APIs

  • Develop asynchronous APIs with FastAPI.

  • Design modular and scalable architecture.

  • Implement streaming endpoints (SSE or WebSockets) for real-time conversational experiences.

LLM Integration

  • Integrate with APIs such as Google Gemini or Azure OpenAI.

  • Manage context, citations, grounding, and metadata.

  • Control costs and optimize token usage.

Infrastructure & Cloud

  • Containerization with Docker.

  • Deployment on platforms like Google Cloud Platform.

  • Secrets management (Key Vault / Secret Manager).

  • Basic monitoring and observability.

Persistence

  • Integrate with PostgreSQL.

  • Use ORMs (SQLAlchemy).

  • Manage sessions, history, and traceability.

Quality

  • Write clean, maintainable, and documented code.

  • Unit and integration testing.

  • Follow best practices for versioning and CI/CD.

Qualifications
