Duties and Responsibilities: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology related field or equivalent experience. Experience connection AI to legacy business systems. A working knowledge of business systems, such as Epicor, and collaboration tools, such as Google Workspace Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business processes into clean, structured data workflows Experience in integrating solutions with business systems (ERP platforms such as Epicor preferred) Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages, familiarity with delivering solutions using Generative AI and RPA architectures, and expertise in UX creation Familiarity with Generative AI, RAG frameworks, and/or RPA tools Team oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.

Customer service oriented Self-motivated and self-directed Preferred: Experience developing and deploying AI-driven or automation solutions in a business setting Knowledge of prompt engineering and large language model (LLM) configurations Experience with data visualization or performance analytics tools Exposure to UX design or user-centered solution development Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
