Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) - Part-Time Overnight Shift

Lake Ariel, PA | Tapestry Program - Pyramid Healthcare
$17.00/hour + $1.50 Overnight Shift Differential ($18.50/hour)
Part-Time | Overnight Shift (3rd Shift)
Schedule: Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday Overnights

About Pyramid Healthcare - Tapestry

Pyramid Healthcare's Tapestry program in Lake Ariel, PA is seeking compassionate and dependable Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our overnight team. This part-time role plays an important part in supporting individuals in recovery by providing structure, supervision, and encouragement in a safe and therapeutic treatment environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with admissions and intake processes for new clients entering the program

  • Provide direct supervision, support, and guidance to clients throughout the shift

  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and communication logs

  • Complete required overnight bed checks and shift reports

  • Ensure clients follow daily treatment schedules and program expectations

  • Monitor and support medication line procedures

  • Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment

  • Respond appropriately to client needs and provide crisis intervention when needed

  • Assist with client activities and therapeutic programming

  • Conduct client searches when required during intake or as directed

  • Monitor clients for safety concerns, behavioral changes, and medical needs

  • Maintain professional boundaries and follow staff code of ethics

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Valid driver's license preferred

  • Previous experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment is preferred but not required

  • Entry-level candidates with a passion for helping others are encouraged to apply

  • Experience facilitating groups, activities, or client support services is a plus
