You will provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients in optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness. Working in this area, you will analyse client needs, develop operational solutions, and offer recommendations tailored to specific business requirements.

The Opportunity
As part of the Operations Consulting team you will lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of a scalable healthcare analytics platform serving payer clients. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations while mentoring the next generation of leaders. This role offers a unique chance to shape the future of healthcare analytics, making sure that our platform not only meets but surpasses client expectations through innovative solutions and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and develop future leaders within the team
- Confirm the platform meets reliable standards of reliability and performance
- Oversee the technical architecture and roadmap for analytics capabilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement leading practices
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 years of experience in healthcare data analytics
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Health Administration, Computer Science, Public Health preferred
- Experience in management consulting or professional services
- Familiarity with Blues plan operations and Medicaid/Medicare analytics
- Background in defining clinical quality metrics and care gaps
- Experience in analytics for performance measurement in care contracting
- Proficiency in building scalable healthcare analytics platforms
- Demonstrated ability in leading data science and engineering teams
- Actively engaging in business development and client collaboration
- Possessing a proven command of health plan clinical and operational data
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data stack tools
- Demonstrating a proven track record as a product owner or technical product lead

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
