Our focus over the years has remained on serving incredible, made in-house from-scratch food in an upbeat, fun atmosphere with unforgettable service. With house-made corn tortillas and fresh, seasonal margaritas, we’re continually striving to become more authentic and more PURE!

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee, food service management, and hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service are consistently met.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Oversee shift management and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management with a focus on food service.
