We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to break into tech sales and play a critical role in building our pipeline from day one. This is a pure hunter role focused on outbound prospecting and creating new business opportunities.
What You'll Do:
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Prospect into target accounts and identify key decision-makers
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives
  • Learn and apply modern sales methodologies and messaging
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Continuously improve through coaching, feedback, and repetition
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to convert the pipeline
  • Track performance metrics and consistently hit activity and meeting targets

What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR / Acquisitions Representative or in customer-facing roles, with a consistent track record in cybersecurity
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on building strong, long-term relationships
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced startup environments
  • Driven, competitive, and consistently exceeds targets
  • High energy, strong time management, and proven pipeline generation ability
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Hubspot and AI sales tools (advantage)
