Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends I Part-time or Full-Time

We're growing and are looking for a motivated, personable, and organized Patient Experience Coordinator who wants to be part of a team that genuinely makes a difference in people's lives.
This is more than a front desk position. You'll be an essential member of our team, helping create an outstanding patient experience while contributing to the continued growth of our practice.
What You'll Do:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help ensure every visit is seamless, professional, and welcoming.
Your responsibilities will include:
Patient Experience
  • Welcome every patient with warmth and professionalism
  • Build positive relationships with patients and families
  • Ensure every patient has an exceptional experience from start to finish
  • Answer questions and assist patients throughout their course of care
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and treatment area
Front Office Operations
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Schedule new patient evaluations and follow-up appointments
  • Manage provider schedules and appointment flow
  • Confirm upcoming appointments
  • Verify insurance benefits when needed
  • Collect co-pays, balances, and patient payments
  • Maintain accurate patient records using our EMR system
  • Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and insurance companies
Clinic Operations
  • Prepare treatment areas before patients arrive
  • Help maintain clinic cleanliness and organization throughout the day
  • Ensure supplies remain stocked and the clinic operates efficiently
  • Support therapists with daily operational needs
Marketing & Practice Growth
  • Help create an exceptional patient experience that encourages referrals
  • Participate in internal marketing initiatives and patient appreciation events
  • Assist with social media content, testimonials, and success stories when appropriate
  • Help strengthen relationships with local physicians, gyms, schools, and community partners
  • Contribute ideas that improve patient satisfaction and practice growth
