Pure Insight Counseling Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This role is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide services from a comfortable environment while maintaining connectivity to our team and clients. The LCSW will collaborate with fellow practitioners in a supportive setting, utilizing telecommunication tools and electronic health records (EHR) to effectively manage client information and coordinate care strategies.

• Engage directly with clients in both office and community settings, addressing their mental health needs through individual, group, and family therapy.
• Foster trusting relationships with clients by establishing a positive rapport built on empathy and understanding.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings, modifying care plans as necessary to align with clients' evolving needs.
• Create and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual clients, ensuring accessibility to relevant services and maintaining robust communication among clients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Monitor client treatment progression by tracking meetings, admissions, and discharge criteria, delivering timely and effective interventions.
• Participate in ongoing training and comprehensive development sessions to enhance clinical skills and team collaboration.
• Assist with crisis interventions when necessary, offering immediate support and resources to clients in distress.
• Prepare detailed reports and ensure accurate data submission, contributing to the organization's compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned, ensuring that clients have support when they need it most.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for serving under-represented and under-served populations. You will work with individuals facing complex mental health challenges, including those with histories of trauma, substance use disorders, and other behavioral health issues. • Must possess a current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with a focus on community-based care.
• A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on collaborative teamwork.
• Proficient in using EHR systems and telehealth platforms for client management and documentation.

• Experience working with diverse populations, specifically within medically underserved communities.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches tailored for mental health disorders.
• Demonstrated capability in crisis intervention and effective problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
