Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to clients' unique needs, conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, with a focus on techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, participating actively in case discussions and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying informed of the latest mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, or trauma-informed care.
• Demonstrated understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload. In addition to competitive pay, Pure Insight offers:
