  • Plumbing Parts Specialist (Office Role – Former Plumbers Encouraged)
  • East Coast Mechanical (ECM) – West Palm Beach, FL

Position Overview:

If you know plumbing parts but want steady hours, AC, and a long-term career path, this role is for you.

East Coast Mechanical is looking for a Plumbing Parts Specialist / Buyer to support our service team.

You do NOT need prior purchasing experience; we will train you. What matters is your plumbing knowledge and real-world experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Order plumbing parts and equipment for service and install jobs
  • Work directly with technicians and managers to make sure the right parts are ordered the first time
  • Communicate with vendors on pricing, availability, and lead times
  • Track orders and follow up on backorders or delays
  • Verify invoices match what was ordered
  • Help improve parts processes and vendor relationships
