Position Description
Are you detail-oriented, resourceful, and skilled at building strong vendor relationships? We're seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to manage purchasing activities and ensure our site has the supplies and services needed to operate effectively. In this role, you'll balance cost, quality, and efficiency while collaborating with finance and operations teams to keep everything running seamlessly.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate daily purchasing activities following established policies and procedures.
  • Source suppliers and evaluate based on price, availability, and quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Monitor expenditures and adhere to budget guidelines.
  • Partner with the finance team on contracts, invoicing, and related matters.
  • Adapt to changing needs and provide timely solutions to ensure operational success.
