Introduction

We are looking for a Manager, CNS Operational Purchasing NCA to join our Consumables Supply Chain organization. In this role, you will lead end-to-end operational purchasing activities across North and Central America, ensuring high service levels, material availability, and operational efficiency. You will have a strong impact on customer satisfaction, supply reliability, and delivery performance through close collaboration with market areas, business lines, logistics, sourcing, and supply chain stakeholders. You will report to the Director, CNS Order Management NCA.

Team you will belong to

You will lead a team of purchasing professionals focused on operational purchasing and supply chain execution across North and Central America. Our team plays a key role in ensuring reliable supply, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction, with a shared focus on continuous improvement and execution excellence. We collaborate closely with market areas, business lines, logistics, sourcing teams, suppliers, and other supply chain stakeholders. Our team is internationally distributed, and our ways of working emphasize collaboration, customer focus, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing purchasing team.
  • Ensure material availability through effective operational purchasing and supplier collaboration.
  • Manage supplier performance and proactively mitigate supply risks.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous performance improvements.
  • Leverage analytics, digital tools, and automation to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, trade requirements, and internal processes.
  • Collaborate across functions and regions to ensure seamless execution from order entry to material availability.

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is $98,000 - $115,000 per annum. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on skills, experience, and rolerelated qualifications.
